We will offer a full refund and take back the item or replace it if defective, or if an error has occurred and you received the wrong item, or if the items did not meet your expectations. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine which orders are eligible for a full refund or replacement. Some of our conditions include: the item has not been used, gifted or is lacking original packaging. We reserve the right to ask for pictures, or other documents to confirm our criteria before proceeding to the delivery of our guarantee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If there was an issue with your order, we will ask you to return it to our warehouse. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
Orders usually reach their destination in 15-20 working days depending on the destination location/ carrier, etc., although during holiday season it may take longer due to post office's overloads. If your order did not arrive in 40 days from the purchase day you should contact us through either the Contact us section or email address - help@sparklity.com and we will review the process.
